John Foster's plane has landed.
The "American Idol" top 3 finalist from Addis, who came home to a hero's welcome in Louisiana on Wednesday, is safely in Hollywood now to prepare for Sunday's "Idol" grand finale, where he could bring home the win.
"I’m back in Los Angeles and was shocked to find a beautiful rosary laying on the ground as I was getting into my Uber," Foster, 18, posted on Facebook early Thursday afternoon Central time. "Thank you, Heavenly Father, for this sign of peace! I need it as I gear up for the #Idol Finale Sunday!"
Foster attends St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly and often mentions his strong faith in appearances, interviews and song lyrics.
The singer was quick to add on a comment to his post which reads: "Thank you everyone for the well-wishes! If this (the post) somehow gets to the rightful owner, please message me with where you were picked up at LAX and I will return it! It’s a definite sign of peace, but it may still belong to another!"
The "American Idol" finale will air from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday on ABC and stream the next day on Hulu.
